There is an opportunity for a Nurse Educator - Diabetes to join their technical service team on an initial 6-month contract.Inside IR35The role covers sites within the South of England.Your new roleAs the Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training and education to both healthcare professionals and patients in primary and secondary care settings. You will provide technical device training to support best practices in diabetes management. This role is dedicated to supporting a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system, ensuring healthcare professionals and patients are confident in its use for effective diabetes management. You will approach patient care and professional education with strong empathy, ensuring understanding, confidence, and improved outcomes.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a current or previously Registered Nurse (RN).

You must have previous experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN) or equivalent. A specialist qualification or significant experience/ interest in diabetes care.

You must have experience of delivering training to both healthcare professionals and patients in group and individual settings.

Strong understanding of diabetes management, including medication, monitoring, and lifestyle interventions.

Familiarity with NHS structures and processes in both primary and secondary care.

Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in maintaining customer interactions.

Strong empathy and ability to support patients with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Full UK driving licence.
