We’re looking for a dedicated Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Oncology & Medical Ward, making a real difference to patient outcomes while advancing your nursing career. Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of care and ensure patient-focused services.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 6 nurses and 2 healthcare assistants.
- Specialist Care: Provide advanced nursing advice and develop tailored care plans.
- Professional Development: Mentor and support junior staff with training and appraisals.
- Quality Improvement: Drive service development and enhance patient experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, deputizing when required.
- Patient Support: Offer compassionate care and guidance to patients and their families.
- Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Post-registration experience in Oncology
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Knowledge and experience in SACT administration
