Sister/Charge Nurse – Oncology & Medical

Location: St John’s Wood, London
Full-Time: 37.5 hrs/week | Permanent

We’re looking for a dedicated Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Oncology & Medical Ward, making a real difference to patient outcomes while advancing your nursing career. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of care and ensure patient-focused services.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 6 nurses and 2 healthcare assistants.
  • Specialist Care: Provide advanced nursing advice and develop tailored care plans.
  • Professional Development: Mentor and support junior staff with training and appraisals.
  • Quality Improvement: Drive service development and enhance patient experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, deputizing when required.
  • Patient Support: Offer compassionate care and guidance to patients and their families.
What You’ll Need:
  • Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Post-registration experience in Oncology
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in SACT administration
