Job description:

  • To demonstrate basic clinical expertise in the assessment, intervention and management of speech, language and communication difficulties in preschool and school aged children, providing appropriate intervention in a range of settings including nurseries and schools.
  • To provide direct services to a small number of mainstream primary schools, completing assessments, annual reviews, delivering therapy, providing advice and resources to school staff, liaising with parents, and reviewing outcomes.
  • To provide training to education staff, parents and carers.
