What you will do:

• Specialist Assessment and Therapy: Deliver high-level specialist assessments and therapy to adults facing complex communication and swallowing challenges.
• Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Engage and work closely with a talented multi-disciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Clinical Leadership: Take on a leadership role by offering guidance and supervision to junior staff and students alongside the Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist.

Requirements:

• Professional Qualifications: Hold a recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy and maintain registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Clinical Experience: Bring extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation, ideally with an adult focus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrate the ability to provide stellar clinical leadership and mentorship.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members effectively.
• Mobility: Possess a valid driver's licence, facilitating travel and care delivery across Greenwich.
