JOB SUMMARY:

To work in City & Hackney community service, offering home visits, care homes visits and if required, outpatient service.
Be responsible for and provide the specialist assessment and intervention to a designated caseload of neurological clients with communication and / or swallowing difficulties in community settings. We also offer support for clients with non-neurological conditions or dementia, although this is a smaller portion of the caseload and often dysphagia related.
