NonStop are working with a school that is dedicated to delivering high-quality support for students with speech, language, and communication needs. Our in-house therapy team is part of our schools group SEND offer, providing targeted interventions that enable students to achieve their communication goals while empowering families and staff with strategies and resources.

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our resident therapy team. This pivotal role focuses on delivering tailored assessment, intervention, and collaborative support to students with Education, Health & Care Plans, working within a model that includes universal, targeted, and specialist services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, addressing specific SLCN targets.
  • Model and demonstrate effective strategies for teachers and teaching assistants to support communication goals within the classroom.
  • Develop resources and tools to enhance therapy interventions and enrich our communication-focused curriculum.
  • Engage with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to each student's individual communication journey.
