NonStop have an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist, who shares our vision for autistic young people, to contribute to the planning, adaptation, monitoring and reporting of pupils' personalised plans, enabling them to access learning and activities in the wider community.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

  • Assess and review learners' speech, language, and communication needs in line with our assessment cycle.
  • Use your expertise to recommend and develop individualized aids and strategies to support communication.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate targets and personalized plans.
  • Provide advice and guidance to develop learners' employability skills and support access to work placements.
