We are looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join an award-winning neuro rehab service in West London. This unique Speech and Language Therapist position offers an opportunity to join a small, outstanding CQC rated team and comes an attractive salary of up to £55,000, bespoke training & development opportunities and more excellent benefits.

This industry-leading service is highly specialised, supporting people with a range of neurological conditions including brain injury, spinal injuries, progressive conditions and stroke. To ensure patients at the service receive the best possible care, internal and external training courses are offered to every member of the MDT.

Duties of this Speech and Language Therapist role include:
  • To undertake uni-professional, multi-professional and specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessments using evidence-based outcome measures.
  • Provide education, training and advice to junior Speech and Language Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants and staff from other disciplines.
  • Undertake, with the approval of the Ethics Committee, research projects, utilising an appropriate research model.
  • Responsible for organising and prioritising own caseload.

To be considered for this position, you will have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registered with the HCPC. You will also have a prior background working in either neuro rehab, neurology or stroke, along with management and leadership experience.
