About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, working in a leading SEN school in London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing tailored interventions to support the speech, language, and communication needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary.
* Provide training and support to school staff to promote communication-friendly environments.

Requirements:
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs.
