Speech and Language Teaching Assistant | Job Role
  • Be Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to the diverse needs of students.
  • Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis assisting children with their speech and language development
  • Supporting students with varied SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and external speech and language professionals to implement intervention programmes.
  • Monitoring progress and adapting support to align with individual development plans.
