What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy services to adults with neuro, stroke, and general medical needs.
• Deliver effective therapy in patients' homes, clinic sites, and nursing homes ensuring personalised care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and report on patient progress.
• Contribute to service development initiatives, ensuring high standards of care.
• Offer expertise and guidance to less experienced team members where needed.

Requirements:

• Registered with the HCPC.
• A minimum of 2 years in relevant roles, particularly within the neuro and stroke services.
• Experience working in the NHS is crucial to navigate the systems and workflows effectively.
• While not essential, the ability to drive will make your daily commute and patient visits more convenient.
