An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Speech and Language Therapist with 3 years’ experience in a paediatric clinical setting to become part of a renowned therapy clinic in the beautiful surroundings of Cayman Islands. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £64,000 - £64,500.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide high-quality speech-language therapy to children while contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting measurable and client-focused SLT goals in collaboration with families.
  • Delivering direct therapy sessions, consultations, and education for clients, families, and community providers.
  • Conducting in-school consultations and facilitating group therapy sessions as required.
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 25 direct therapy sessions weekly.
  • Developing evidence-based interventions informed by current research.
  • Delivering a minimum of two presentations to the community per calendar year.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Speech and Language Therapist, Speech Therapist or in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a paediatric clinical setting.
  • Background working with children with Autism.
  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
  • Must be registered with the Health Practice Commission of the Cayman Islands.
  • Registered as a Speech-Language Therapist in your state, province, or country.
  • Registered or eligible for full registration in Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
  • Valid driving licence or own vehicle.
