We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team at a lovely SEN secondary school located in a beautiful townhouse in Kensington. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the field and are passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:

  • Pupils: The school caters to a close-knit group of 40-50 pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, social language and communication difficulties, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia.
  • Responsibilities: You will be working closely with pupils, staff, and families to deliver tailored speech and language therapy services, focusing on enhancing communication skills and supporting pupils in reaching their full potential.
  • Work Environment: The school is set in a beautiful, spacious townhouse in the heart of Kensington, providing a calm and supportive environment for both staff and students.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist, particularly with children with SEN.
  • HCPC registered
  • Strong knowledge and experience in working with children with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for supporting children's communication development and learning.
