Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic PE/Sports Coach with a passion for working with young people? LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated PE/Sports Coach to join a vibrant secondary school in Newham, located conveniently close to Canning Town station.

In this role, you'll be working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a range of sports and physical education activities. You will play an essential part in promoting a healthy, active lifestyle and encouraging students to engage in both competitive and recreational sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver engaging PE lessons and sports activities, encouraging students of all abilities to participate
  • Plan and execute a varied sports curriculum, covering team sports, fitness training, and personal development through physical activity
  • Encourage teamwork, discipline, and resilience in students, creating a positive and supportive environment
  • Organise and manage extracurricular sports clubs, games, and school competitions
  • Collaborate with teachers to support physical education initiatives and ensure safety and inclusivity in all activities
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills and physical fitness
