Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons across various physical activities, including dance, gymnastics, and sports such as football, cricket and hockey, ensuring alignment with the UK National Curriculum.
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality PE lessons and providing general TA cover across KS1 and KS2.
  • Inspire teamwork, promote healthy lifestyles, and encourage physical well-being among students.
  • Manage and maintain the school's sports equipment and resources as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and the ability to apply it effectively in physical education.
  • Experience in delivering or supporting PE lessons (experience in a primary school setting is an advantage).
  • Expertise in a range of physical activities, including dance, gymnastics, cricket, football and hockey, with the creativity to engage all learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
