About the Role:

These roles will allow you to work with students across a range of age groups, delivering sports coaching sessions, developing their skills, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and structured sports sessions for students
- Support in managing student behaviour during sports activities
- Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning environment
- Ensure the health and safety of students during activities
- Assist in planning and developing sports programs that enhance student engagement
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate sports into broader curriculum activities
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sports Coach, preferably in a school or youth setting
- A passion for sports and working with young people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Ability to manage classroom and group behaviour effectively
- Qualifications in sports coaching or physical education (Level 2 or higher)
- First Aid qualification is desirable, but not essential
