We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef for a Michelin-level restaurant on the West Sussex/Surrey border. This well-established premium dining venue offers low-cover, high-quality service, focusing on exceptional produce and culinary precision.

- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are always adhered to
Ideal Candidate:
- Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a Michelin or fine-dining environment
- Proven longevity in previous roles, showing dedication and passion for the craft
- Strong leadership and organizational skills in a high-quality kitchen
- Own transport is beneficial due to location
