Description

  1. Strong governance and financial management of Monthly Reporting, Latest Estimate and Planning & Forecasting processes including presentations
  2. Drive simplification / automation of monthly reporting and routine processes to allow more time for value added analysis
  3. Understanding of PPV drivers, cover strategy, risks and opportunities and suggesting actions / insights around risk mitigation
  4. Leadership of financial programs such as cost savings initiatives, working capital optimisation with a focus on driving, track and reporting on payment terms improvement
  5. Work closely with the Head of Productivity to drive the productivity agenda forward
  6. Support key procurement projects from a finance perspective
  7. Be an effective business partner to CPO & Global Procurement to provide support and identify improvement opportunities

Profile

  • Proven experience in an analytical and business-oriented role, within a Procurement Finance function
  • Degree qualified with at least 5 years PQE for professional accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACA/ACCA
  • Experience of working in reputed FMCG
  • Experience of pulling together data to form clear insights into financial understanding
  • Ability to identify and enact process improvements
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate through large amounts of data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Business Partnering - Able to manage multiple stakeholder
  • Strong Influencing skills - ability to show the bigger picture, strong convincing skills
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Positive teammate with a desire to challenge and drive improvement
  • Ability to plan optimally and work under own initiative
