This is a great opportunity for a procurement buyer to join a dynamic infrastructure solutions provider as a Procurement Analyst , supporting an innovative and impactful digitalisation journey. As part of a collaborative team, you'll play a crucial role in optimising the Purchase to Pay process, driving value for money, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams by organising and validating procurement data for ERP system integration.
  • Maintain supplier records, manage compliance processes, and ensure accurate contract filing.
  • Use data analysis to gain key business insights, monitor market trends, and anticipate price fluctuations.
  • Be a superuser for the Purchase to Pay system, handling reporting and supplier spend analysis.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to meet procurement needs, ensuring smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or data analysis, with a focus on ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other procurement software.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Growth Potential: This role offers the opportunity to develop into a Procurement Management position within 2-3 years, with the chance to pursue a CIPS-accredited qualification.
