Technology Procurement Specialist

Your New CompanyYou will be working for an international professional services firm focussed on private wealth & business services. With a global presence across many major cities, this firm is known for its strong client-adviser relationships, providing tailored services to a diverse clientele, including large businesses, wealthy individuals, family offices, and wealth managers. Your new roleAs a Technology Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the E2E procurement process for all technology spend. You will be part of a growing team, working alongside IT and other stakeholders to manage renewals for IT software & hardware maintenance agreements. You will also work alongside the Information Security & Risk Counsel teams to ensure due diligence and compliance is completed and upheld in line with the firms' supplier requirements. You will lead procurement across a wide range of technology subcategories, including telco, SaaS, licencing and others.What You'll Need To SucceedYou will need to have an expert understanding of the full technology category and be comfortable managing the full E2E procurement/sourcing process independently. This role supports a brownfield function, so you must be an able and confident communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Ideally, you will have worked within a green/brownfield function before, with the ability to develop and implement processes and procedures relevant to the business.The client is looking for people that have performed to a high standard previously within a professional services environment.What You'll Get In ReturnYou will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 p/a, alongside a generous holiday allowance with the option to buy an additional 5 days per year.
