Job Title: Assistant Estimator
Location: Central London
Package: £45,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a £100m turnover Main Contractor who specialise in the Residential and Commercial sectors and as result of further growth are on the lookout for an Assistant Estimator.
As Assistant Estimator you will be working in a young and dynamic team and will be with a company that will help you grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site visits in London and the surrounding areas to gather accurate measurements and project details.
- Provide comprehensive quotation comparisons for various trades and sub contractors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors through effective negotiation and feedback.
- Ensure timely completion of tender clarifications from clients.
Requirements
- Construction background.
- Ideally some sort of experience in a similar role.
- Has the drives and ambitions to grown with the company.
