A well established over 50 years reputable construction company delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. Due to continued growth, were looking for a Trainee / Assistant Estimator to join our team and support their estimating function. Projects range from £100k to £5 million

The Role

As a Trainee / Assistant Estimator, you will:

Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects

Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Support the pricing of Bills of Quantities

Manage and send out enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors

Work closely with the estimating team to ensure competitive pricing

Who Theyre Looking For

2-3 years of experience in estimating in the construction industry

Exposure to Bills of Quantities and handling enquiries

Completed or currently studying for (or planning to start) a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skill

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
