I have been retained by an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks contractor who are looking to bolster their team of estimators. As senior estimator you will be a vital part of the pre-construction team and be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for Groundworks, RC Frame & Civil Engineering projects across London & Home Counties.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse tender documentation
- Develop new and existing relationships with clients
- Identify potential project risks, cost implications and recommend mitigation strategies
- Provide essential cost reporting information
- Help mentor / manage junior members of staff
What you need:
- Minimum of 5 years experienbce as an estimator within RC Frame / Groundworks
- Proficiency in Causeway and Bluebeam
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communications skills - ability to be client facing
