The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our expanding Restaurant & Leisure team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting portfolio of high-profile projects across London. The role encompasses both Tenant representation and Landlord leasing, so experience in both service lines is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the leasing process for existing instructions, including site visits, property marketing, and negotiations with clients and prospective tenants
• Provide strategic consultancy by sourcing and analysing market data to support informed decision-making
• Identify and secure prime units for our restaurant and leisure clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
• Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and proposals to support client strategies
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, architects, and legal professionals to deliver seamless property solutions
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, market best practices, and company policies.

About You

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges is a must
• MRICS accredited is preferred (although MRICS is not essential) with a minimum of 4 years experience in specialising in retail / leisure / restaurant leasing and tenant rep
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver innovative solutions
