Stonemason

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stonemason to join our team in Central London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in masonry and be adept at working with various stone materials to create aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound installations.

You will be working along side a heritage company that requires you to fix stone fire places.

You will need to clean shaven and and have a FFP mask.

Duties

• Construct, repair, and maintain stone structures, including walls, pavements, and decorative features.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing stone materials.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and roofers to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the selection of appropriate materials for each project based on durability and aesthetic requirements.
