We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enforcement Process Administrator to join our team. This role requires shift work covering hours from 6 am to 6 pm on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of enforcement processes, maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle electronic updates from clients and enforcement agents efficiently and accurately.
  • Address enforcement agent requests promptly to avoid delays in the enforcement process.
  • Resolve client and enforcement agent queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report and escalate enforcement agent incidents and issues in accordance with established procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, enforcement agents, contact centre agents, and administration teams when required.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and correspondence involving clients, enforcement agents, customers, and third parties.
  • Coordinate the removal of goods end-to-end, working with enforcement agents, auction houses, tow trucks, and clients.
  • Audit and cleanse case data thoroughly before returning cases to clients, ensuring all recovery actions have been exhausted and compliance with the end-to-end enforcement process.
