Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in City of Londonwho are looking to appoint a Business Support Officerfor the 3 months ongoing, at the rate of 19.64 per hour umbrella

Job responsibilities

You will undertake a range of administrative duties to assist across the department including:

1. Communicate effectively and respond to professionally to incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence.

2. Preparing documentation and drafting correspondence to internal and external officers in a professional manner.

3. Update and maintain IT systems, such as the shared drive folders, to ensure that records are up to date.

4. To maintain strict confidentiality of all records produced and received and be aware of requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Providing support in facilitating and arranging interviews, meetings and also minute taking of meetings where appropriate.

6. To ensure all tasks are completed to agreed timescales, standards of accuracy and presentation.

7. To attend and participate in training activities and workshops as part of your learning and development.

8. To have a flexible approach and undertake other duties appropriate to the post that may reasonably by required from time to time.

9. To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the job in accordance with the organisation's Health and Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety legislation and to actively promote equalities through the application of the Council's employment practices and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation.
