A rare opportunity to become the head of Creditor Services at one of the industry's fastest growing advisory firm. This role provides a unique chance to grow a team and join an incredibly ambitious firm with exciting growth plans and high potential for earnings through bonuses.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with key creditors, including banks, financial institutions, and trade creditors, to foster trust and secure future referral opportunities.
  • Oversee creditor engagement activities during insolvency cases, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages. Liaise with the Official Receiver and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth case administration and secure key appointments.
  • Lead and inspire the creditor services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in creditor services, insolvency, or a related professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing relationships with creditors and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with working alongside the Official Receiver and other statutory bodies is highly desirable.
