We're looking for a Finance Placement Student. Based at our Paddington office, you'll be responsible for providing financial information and support to ensure the efficient operation of the Finance function and the business as a whole.

What you'll do:
- Run and review expenses system reports to identify non-compliance, as well as providing support to expenses system users where appropriate.
- Analyse receipts against monthly credit card statements, updating excel spreadsheet and key to SAP
- Assist with month end tasks, e.g. processing intercompany recharges.
- Input headcount figures into BPC reporting system for URENCO Ltd and UEC Ltd, performing an analysis of the Group headcount figures compared to budget.
- Review SAP and record costs where appropriate in HMRC compliance file. Work closely with the Tax team to ensure correct data is recorded to be compliant with HMRC requirements
- Assist with the creation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Studying for an Accounting / Finance Degree
- Displays a willingness to learn from others, taking an active approach to seeking out ideas to help form specific decisions, plans, or proposals.
- Ability to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations
- Experience of using MS Office applications including Excel & Word to an Intermediate level
- Team player / collaboration skills
