Description

The Settlements Analyst will:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Handling payment and FX trade reconciliation queries.
  • Performing bank account reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Identifying and suggesting process and system improvements.
  • Participating in projects to enhance departmental efficiencies and controls.

Profile

The ideal Settlements Analyst candidate will have experience in financial services, preferably in FX brokerage or payments, along with strong time management and numeracy skills. They will be methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a team.
