Our client is a successful Estate Agency that is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their busy branch that is based in the Leytonstone area.

The successful Assistant Branch Manager will be offered:

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary 
  • Realistic OTE of up to £50,000 (Uncapped)
  • 5 day working week
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Career progression

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

  • Experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Friendly approach
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving license

The role of an Assistant Branch Manager will involve:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Ideally have listing experience (Not essential)
  • Arrange and attend viewings
