A Day in the Life of an Assistant Branch Manager
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Coach and motivate the team to achieve KPIs, ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to assess individual team member performance and provide guidance.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business opportunities, driving growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing exceptional service.
  • Coordinate property viewings with prospective buyers, tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully agree on sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining a risk-averse business environment.
Essential Skills and Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency, ideally in a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher role.
  • A strong team player, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and implement effective business plans for your branch.
  • Competence in monitoring and analyzing local competitors.
  • A solid understanding of current Estate Agency legislation.
  • Skilled at managing time-sensitive tasks and high-volume workloads.
  • Known for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Capable of working independently with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft packages and strong IT skills.
