Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Support day-to-day store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Help with staff development, providing guidance, feedback, and training to improve team performance.
Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained and that the environment is welcoming and customer-focused.
Support in managing busy periods, ensuring smooth operations during peak times.
Track sales, stock levels, and KPIs to support the Store Manager in achieving store targets.
