What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting the Store Manager in leading a motivated retail team
Inspiring and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service
Driving sales and achieving targets to ensure store success
Managing high stock volumes and deliveries in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring strong retail standards, from stock management to visual merchandising
Taking ownership of store operations in the Store Manager's absence
Creating a positive, energetic work environment where the team thrives

What We Are Looking For:

At least two years of experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role
A background in fast-paced, high-volume retail, ideally from discount, variety, or value retailers
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
A hands-on approach, leading by example and taking initiative
A commercial mindset, with the ability to manage stock and drive sales
