What You'll Do:- Source and negotiate fresh produce across all fruit categories, ensuring the best quality and price.
- Create weekly fruit boxes based on seasonality, availability, and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan, securing supply in a dynamic market.
- Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring top-tier produce and reliability.
- Identify trends, introduce innovative products, and drive additional sales.
- Proven experience as a fruit buyer in the fresh produce industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international supply chains.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and drive change.
- A passion for fresh produce and an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to balance supplier relationships with commercial and operational needs.
Salary - Competitive, but DOE
