Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of facilities management, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
- Conduct pre-move-in and pre-move-out inspections with clients.
- Continuously assess the centre and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular client service reviews and address client complaints effectively.
- Build strong relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving.
- Introduce improvements that enhance efficiency and performance
- Lead by example with a motivational and energetic leadership style.
- Ensure staff are well-trained, engaged, and equipped to excel.
- Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on approach to leadership.
- Motivational and energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
