The Controller will lead and manage a team to drive sales and profitability within private label goods. This role requires strategic planning and execution, as well as managing key client relationships.

Description

  • Direct, oversee and develop a team of National Account Managers
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Monitor and stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities within F&B
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotional plans are executed
  • Work closely with supply to ensure demand is met
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance

Profile

  • Proven experience of working in private label goods in the UK FMCG market
  • Must have a working knowledge of UK grocery
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to be in London 2-3 days a week
