Description
- Direct, oversee and develop a team of National Account Managers
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Monitor and stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities within F&B
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotional plans are executed
- Work closely with supply to ensure demand is met
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance
Profile
- Proven experience of working in private label goods in the UK FMCG market
- Must have a working knowledge of UK grocery
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to be in London 2-3 days a week
