About the Role:
My client is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Pizza General Manager to oversee the opening and ongoing operations of a new, fast-casual restaurant concept in Fitzrovia. As the General Manager, you will play a critical role in setting up the restaurant from the ground upimplementing systems, managing teams, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will start by stepping into a GM role, where youll have full ownership of day-to-day operations, and as the business grows, youll transition into a broader operations leadership role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment, be tech-savvy, and have the passion to drive the success of a brand-new venture.
About You:
- You have a proven history of successfully opening restaurants, preferably in fast-casual environments.
- Youre hands-on when it comes to managing operations, leading teams, driving performance, and cultivating a positive work culture.
- Comfortable with tech? Youll be using POS systems, delivery platforms, and other operational tools to streamline efficiency.
- Youre genuinely passionate about food and hospitality, with the understanding that success comes from balancing both people and profit.
- You handle high-pressure situations with ease, solving problems and spotting potential challenges before they arise.
