We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedSenior AssistantRestaurant Managerto join ourOrigin Kensingtonteam.
Shifts will be 8 hours with full flexibility required to work 5 out of 7 days a week

- Professional and well prepared for attendance at meetings, both internal and client based, and adept at presenting to managers and team members alike
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer and system literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Adaco (preferable) and Opera (preferable)
- Time management & people management
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Be fully conversant and knowledgeable about FORBES/AA standard
- Acute financial management skills
- Demonstrates strong business acumen
- Collaborates effectively and has strong interpersonal skills
