Visual Merchandising Manager

Purpose: The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the Merchandising team to ensure all product launches adhere to our Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines across all stores in the UK & IRE. This role involves managing product launches across two axes (Makeup, Skincare), maintaining up-to-date launch planning spreadsheets, and overseeing our counter master plan (CMP) which records all fixtures within our stores. The manager will ensure the correct launch materials are in-store and resolve any issues by liaising directly with supply.

Responsibilities:

  • Update Optimise (distribution software) with all launch allocations for POS.
  • Collaborate weekly with the Retail Design team to update the counter master plan for new store launches.
  • Conduct in-store research on current and future trends within the luxury beauty category.
  • Manage VM launch plans, initiatives, and current in-store strategies.
  • Propose and build planograms for tester bars and back walls based on new launches.
  • Create visual merchandising packs and communicate visual guidelines via the Teams VM Channel.
  • Ensure perfect VM execution in our London flagships stores.
  • Support the setup of key sites and installations.

Skills & Qualities:

  • A self-starter who takes initiative without prompt.
  • Highly organised and detail-driven.
  • Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An interest in current and future design trends.
  • Ability to manage different teams.
