Assistant Sales Manager role:

To proactively generate meeting events, conferences residential and non-residential enquiries.

Meet monthly targets on sales appointments and revenue generation.

To work with the rest of the proactive and reactive sales teams as part of an energetic team.

To conduct showrouds of the hotel with potential clients

Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.

To comfortably entertain fam trips as required.

To close prospects as confirmed bookings and maximise all revenue potential by upselling across all revenue producing areas.

Assistant Sales Manager requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

1 2 years hotel experience in event sales.

Passion for learning and delivering results.

Strong selling and interpersonal skills.

An excellent command of the English language

Excellent organisational skills
