If so, our client, a leading organisation in the fashion industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Operations Merchandiser to join their team!

As an Assistant Operations Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Merchandising function and driving supply chain efficiencies. In collaboration with the Senior Merchandiser, you will contribute to the annual Merch Ops strategy and roadmap, identifying operation and process improvements for optimum supply chain efficiency. You will also be responsible for successful project delivery, such as reducing dispatch times and non-compliance shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth logistical movement of all stock, including transfer stock and restricted brands.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, addressing operational challenges and representing Merch Ops in peer group meetings.
  • Develop working processes and deliver best practises, enhancing the role of the core team.
  • Prepare weekly reports to monitor Operations Merchandising performance and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure clear communication of key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
