Description

  • Manage the portfolio wide demand planning process.
  • Deliver industry leading customer supply service level and minimise product waste through critical forecast reviews.
  • Manage phase in, phase out portfolio changes in our demand forecasting.
  • Working closely with the Customer supply and Commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts and key volume events (range reviews, promotions, in store activation, etc).
  • Support the supply chain optimisation and growth agenda; adapting the supply and demand planning models to service a varied customer base of Retailers, RTMs and international customers.
  • Support the Head of Planning in developing our medium- to long-term Capacity and Capability modelling to deliver our future growth and supply contingency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the planning process, adopting it to the fast growing business's demands.



Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant demand planning experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrable strength in demand planning helping balancing supply and wastage risk.
  • Strong understanding of forecast and production order cycles.
  • Strong data presentation skills, simplifying complex data sets and decision processes for wider business alignment.
  • Experience working with leading retailer's forecasts and supplier portals.
  • Strong data analytical skills and advance excel capabilities, either in VBA or Power Query.
