This is a newly created role in London, for a growing European restaurant brand. This role will lead the procurement for a fast paced brand, working across multiple venues in Europe.
The business have a fantastic menu of well known and premium sourced products, with an amazing team of people in head office and operations.

Our client is a well known and growing restaurant (QSR) brand. They pride themselves on a great range of food products on offer to customers. This is a newly created role that will lead the end to end procurement across all ingredients for their European venues.
Description
- Leading the sourcing strategy for all ingredients in Europe.
- Building strong relationships with global suppliers.
- Work closely with NPD, Menu Development and Quality teams.
- Work in a fast paced and dynamic supply chain team.
Profile
- 6 + years of experience within procurement of ingredients
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- A passion for the food industry
- Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
- The ability to work in London 3 days pw
