Inventory Analyst (FTC to Perm)- London office based- Up to £52,000

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with an incredible luxury fashion retailer who are looking for a logistics and inventory analyst to join their dynamic team in London! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business at the heart of luxury British fashion.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across different internal departments and external 3PL partners to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy
  • Ensure stock takes are correct across systems (BrightPearl) and physical stock holding, ensuring 3PL partner SLAs are met
  • Manage order fulfilment, discrepancy resolution, and supporting the team with shipping and returns coordination

The ideal candidate:

  • Able to start in Jan, full permanent RTW in UK
  • Strong inventory management experience, knowledge of stock forecasting and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of customs procedures
  • Proven experience in stock reporting and analysis
  • Great communication skills (second EU language preferred)
