The position is for an Inventory Analyst based in the London office of a luxury fashion retailer, offering a salary of up to £52,000.
This role is initially a fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement.
Candidates should have strong inventory management experience and knowledge of stock forecasting and reconciliation.
The ideal applicant should also have experience in stock reporting and analysis, as well as knowledge of customs procedures.
A second EU language is preferred, and the candidate should be available to start in January.

Inventory Analyst (FTC to Perm)- London office based- Up to £52,000

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with an incredible luxury fashion retailer who are looking for a logistics and inventory analyst to join their dynamic team in London! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business at the heart of luxury British fashion.

Day to day responsibilities:

Coordinate across different internal departments and external 3PL partners to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy
Ensure stock takes are correct across systems (BrightPearl) and physical stock holding, ensuring 3PL partner SLAs are met
Manage order fulfilment, discrepancy resolution, and supporting the team with shipping and returns coordination

The ideal candidate:

Able to start in Jan, full permanent RTW in UK
Strong inventory management experience, knowledge of stock forecasting and reconciliation
Knowledge of customs procedures
Proven experience in stock reporting and analysis
Great communication skills (second EU language preferred)
