What will you do as an Operations and Supply Chain Lead?
- Oversee and manage goods in/out operations ensuring efficiency
- Preparation of accurate stock forecasts and production plans
- Point of contact for contract manufactures and suppliers
- Monitoring 3PL warehouse to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts
- Liaise with logistics partners for stock replenishment negotiating best costs
- Work with wider ops team to ensure OTIF fulfilment of DTC and B2B orders
What do you need as an Operations & Supply Chain Lead?
- E2E supply chain exp within an FMCG brand is essential ideally drinks
- Previously worked with external manufactures and 3PL partners
- Managed relationships with UK grocer accounts would be desirable
- Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, ERP (systems
