- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for complex maintenance contracts
- Create and manage tender documentation for various property services
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with Public Contracts Regulations
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Report on procurement spend and efficiencies achieved
- Substantial experience in public sector procurement (such as social housing or local authority) particularly with PCR regulations
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle procurement processes
- Experience in creating tenders from scratch through to contract award
- Strong background in property maintenance/building services procurement
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to analyse complex financial data and demonstrate commercial acumen
- CIPS qualification desirableÂ
- Salary of £53,660 London Weighted
- Currently one set office day per week, with occasional additional days as needed
- Flexible working hours between 8am - 5:30pm
