Procurement Systems Manager

Your new roleYou will be working as a Global Procurement Systems Manager, helping the organisation as they kickstart their journey to uniting their global procurement and finance functions. As a system expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the Jaggaer system is used to its full effect by a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. This will involve providing training to key users and acting as second line support for any complex issues to do with configuration or use of the Jaggaer system. You will be supporting the roll-out of Jaggaer as they continue to implement the system across global territories. You will also lead the relationship between the business and the P2P provider, ensuring the business needs are met, and vendor relations remain at a high level. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have extensive knowledge of the Jaggaer P2P system and should be incredibly comfortable with its entire supplier management and contract lifecycle management capabilities. You should be a strong and effective communicator who is able to effectively manage a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels. An ability to configure and change the Jaggaer system to suit the needs of the procurement function is vital as they continue to roll this software out across the organisation. The ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload is vital for this role.
