Description
- Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team, promoting efficient and cost-effective strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Implement risk management processes for supply contracts and agreements
- Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market conditions
- Ensure procurement activities align with overall business objectives
- Manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery

Profile
A successful Snr Procurement Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in relevant procurement software
- Ability to analyse market trends and apply insights
