Bouygues UK have a stimulating opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator, in this role you will be supporting the efficient functioning of our supply chain management processes. Working closely with the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain and other team members, as the Coordinator you will assist in various aspects of supply chain management, procurement, and supplier coordination. Your initial involvement will be with our prestigious Oriel project. Oriel is a joint initiative to transform a two-acre site at St Pancras Hospital to deliver a pioneering eye care, research, and education centre. The project will be a new, state-of-the-art building with an anticipated gross internal area of up to 46,000m2.

Job Purpose and Scope:

  • Administration of Supply Chain Management Tool
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new subcontractors/consultants, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements to streamline project initiation
  • Scoring of Subcontractors
  • Support the Senior Supply Chain Manager in the preparation of tender lists during the Pre-Construction stage.
  • Support in provision of social value and sustainability metrics of our supply chain to support our client bids
  • Collaborate with the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain in efficiently managing key supplier accounts
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Foster collaboration with internal departments
  • Cultivate effective communication channels with subcontractors and external partners
